to make an investigation of any of the facts set forth in this application, as well as to conduct driving and background checks.
I understand that employment at Premier Protective Packaging is "at will," which means that either I or Premier Protective Pkg.
can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason not prohibited by statute.
All employment is continued on that basis. I understand that no one at Premier Protective Packaging other than the CEO has
any authority to alter the "at will" policy.
I understand that I must meet the employability requirements of the Federal Immigration and Naturalization Service and
submit appropriate documentation to satisfy the requirements for completing INS Form I-9.
I understand Premier Protective Packaging maintains a drug-free work environment and agree that maintenance of the same is
essential to the safety of the workplace, employees and customers. I promise to abide by policies prohibiting the use or
possession of drugs, alcohol, or any controlled substances, or the misuse of prescribed or over-the-counter medication on
Company premises or while on duty. I understand also that I may be tested for drugs, alcohol, or controlled substances
if I am employed by Premier Protective Packaging.
If I am hired, I agree to comply with and be bound by Premier Protective Packaging's safety or health rules and regulations,
rules of conduct, and any other rule or procedure set forth by my employer.
