Packing Foam

Packing foam is a lightweight shipping material used to protect items from being jostled and damaged during shipping. Foam packing material is cost effective, clean, non abrasive, and lightweight. Custom foam inserts can be made to protect fragile and/or irregularly-shaped items during shipping. Foam also comes in pouches, sheets, and tubing.

Bubble Wrap

Bubble wrap is a plastic sheet with air capsules designed to cushion fragile items during shipping. The correct way to use protective bubble wrap is to have the bubbles facing the inside. That way, the trapped pockets of air are able to protect the item inside with a much lower risk of being popped by sharp edges.

Spunbond Polypropylene

Spunbond polypropylene is a cloth-like material that protects items from being scratched before they have a chance to reach their destinations. Spunbond polypropylene is soft, lightweight, breathable, and resistant to tears. This versatile material can be used to protect electronic screens, steering wheels, car side mirrors, wood furniture, and other fragile items.

Bubble Bags on a Roll

Bubble bags on a roll are separated by perforation lines so they can be easily torn off by you or members of your team. These bubble bags have a smooth interior surface so items can easily be slipped inside and are sold in a variety of sizes and bubble thicknesses. Bubble bags on a roll are convenient and easy to use, which helps boost productivity on assembly lines.

Steering Wheel Covers

Steering wheel covers are made of polyethylene and polypropylene for a breathable cloth-like material. The elastic band around the circumference allows you to fit it over the steering wheel so it’s protected from grease or oil. If you run an auto repair shop, steering wheel covers keep car interiors clean while they’re being serviced. Likewise, steering wheel covers keep car interiors clean while they’re being moved to a new location.

Anti-Static Foam or Bubble Wrap

Anti-static foam or bubble wrap is designed to slowly and safely dissipate electrostatic charge. If your company transports electronics, you’ll want to make sure you invest in anti-static foam or bubble wrap. This material helps prevent sensitive electrical components from being damaged by electrostatic discharge and impact damage during shipping, which helps you save money in the long run. Anti-static materials not only protect electrical components (like circuit boards) from electrostatic discharge, but they also protect human workers.

VCI Bubble Bags

VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor. This means that metal items sealed in our VCI bubble bags are better protected from rust. The VCI film in our bubble bags has been imbued with chemical formulations that stop vapor molecules from condensing on exposed metal surfaces.

Shipping conditions aren’t always the best for metal items, such as jewelry or automotive parts. High humidity can create the perfect conditions for rust (especially over long periods of time). We recommend VCI bubble bags for items containing carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, brass, iron, cast-iron, aluminum, silver, and silicon steel.
